So many may be wondering what goes on for the typical road game. Well it all starts at 9:30am. We all go to team breakfast following breakfast the team heads back up to get their gear and then we head to shoot around. Today we went to some semi-pro arena. There we went through our typical routine. Players shoot around then they walk through the opposing team. Lots of talk about strategy and personnel.
Then they shoot some more and that’s about it. Pretty quick about 30-45 minutes. After that we all load the bus and head back to hotel for pre game meal which is normally 4 hours before tip off. We had the usual pre game meal. Salmon, chicken, and steak are always a staple with salad and potatoes. Vegetables included peas and carrots. Oh there was also pasta. So there is something for everyone.
After eating the team gets together and watches a quick rundown of what the opposing team runs and then we all head back for our rooms. Most guys grab a quick nap others just hangout and get some treatment. Then they all get dressed and taped.
We then all get on the bus to go to the arena. The rides are usually quiet with the whisper of music from guys headphones. As we arrive to the arena we unload the bus and as the guys get their shoes on and head to the court for the pre game routines of stretching and getting lose.
Then it’s game time. Hopefully you got to watch the game. I thought we looked good. Especially on the defensive end of the court. If we guard we will be tough to beat.
That’s all for today folks.

Good? Really, they stopped playing with 10 minutes left! Tell them they have to finish the game. No let up! No mercy! By the way Aunt Denise says hey!
